Before you begin, make sure your background image and video are both on your device.
Start the Green Screen by Do Ink app
Each level is like a sheet of paper. The top layer sits on top of the middle layer which is above the bottom layer. Each layer can be an image or video.
The first time you access the app, you have to give it permission to access your Camera Roll.
Select the background image for the project.
Then click done.
Add the next layer.
If you add a video, you can preview it before you select it.
Tap on the background. You know you've selected it because it has a yellow box around it. Drag the red bullet to the right.
Make them the same length.
Select the video with the blue background. Tap on the rainbow circle to bring up the Chromakey controls.
Make sure Chromakey is enabled. Then drag the white towards to the color you want to remove - in this case blue.
When the image on the screen looks the way you like, click done. This app provides a lot of other tools to fine tune removing the background.
Now you can size and move the image. Just make sure you've selected the image you want to work on!
When you think you're done, move the video to the beginning and hit play. Watch the video all the way through to make sure you're happy with it.
When you're happy with it, click on the "Export Video" button. Be patient, it takes a while for it to process.
Then click on "Save to the Camera Roll".
Click on "OK".
Now follow the teacher's instructions on how to share your file (e.g. airdrop, upload on Google Drive, Share on Google Classroom, etc.)
