The 5 senses and how they've adapted in other animals
In science, the fourth grade students are learning about each of the five senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste). As part of this unit, they will do a research project on how these senses have adapted in different animals. Students use a search engine to search for animals with exceptional or unusual senses. Then they will use books and online resources to learn more about them. Students will learn the following research skills:

For each sense, find animals with exceptional or unusual senses.
